With simple pricing, a wide range of services and the use of all-natural and organic products, our Therapists, Estheticians and Clinicians work to customize services that are right for you.

Various Massage Modalities are available including Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Tui Na, and Therapeutic. Body Treatments range from Skin Conditioning to Acupressure and Lymphatic Drainage. Facials are all performed using natural and organic ingredients through our Signature line or products from Shira. Hair removal services are achieved using the ancient art of Sugaring or the more traditional use of honey, sugar and fruit based waxes.

"Humble set up, but excellent delivery.  From the outside, this place doesn't look to be anything special... dilapidated door, next to a bunch of corporate offices in Vienna. And when you enter, you're walking through a rather tight hallway and lobby. But ultimately, I think those factors only influence the PERCEIVED value of a place, rather than the real value. As a pretty utility driven guy, I want quality products and service at a good price. I don't care much about the ambiance, layout, and superficial factors (that usually result in no added value, but indeed higher prices).   Anyways, I arrived a couple minutes late and quickly filled out my paperwork. My aesthetician led me to one of the rooms and asked me to lie down, face up. When he returned, he evaluated my skin and said that I have an oily forehead and slightly oily nose, normal cheeks, and a dry chin. I've heard this before, so at least his analysis was on par with others'. For the actual service, I got to experience the:  -- Eucalyptus Cleanser -- Green Tea Toner -- Acai Mask -- AHA Scrub -- Blackberry Moisturizer  ...all from the Shir-Organic product line, and I was pretty impressed. My aesthetician also EDUCATED me (no sales pressure!) on the different products, and when/why to use them. And during the mask (since it needs 15-20 minutes), he gave me a reflexology foot massage; which was really nice considering that many times, the aesthetician just says, "I'll be back in 20 minutes." Anyways, I've never had reflexology done before; but he could apparently determine a lot of things about me just based on my foot! E.g., that I sleep on my left side, have acute neck / upper back pain, and have changed my diet recently).  Once everything was done, I left my tip and the manager told me about some of their current and future specials. I definitely see myself coming back to this place!"

"OUTSTANDING MASSAGE by Mandy!! I used two Groupons for services at Waterfalls Wellness Center. Making the appointments was very easy and efficient. They are great with confirming and reminding via email. They were also very flexible when I needed to change an appointment due to the recent snow storm. Very accommodating!! The massage service from Mandy was absolutely phenomenal!! She was very intuitive, proficient and thorough. She engaged in as little or as much conversation as I initiated and made the sessions even more enjoyable. She establishes great rapport and will tailor the massage to your kinks, knots or soreness while only using pressure to which I was comfortable. Undoubtedly, I will be a regular!! Although the external facade of the building may seem coarse, the interior was very pleasant, calming and amicable to relaxing. You will leave rejuventated for sure."

" I came for a 60 minute massage two weeks ago with Mandy. As a type two diabetic, I have chronic leg and foot pain. Mandy gave me a fantastic massage along with great conversation about a variety of life topics during the massage. Great personal attention and amazing massage. After coming here for the last several months, I have had such great results with everyone at Waterfalls, Elissa, Jesse, Sarah and now Mandy, that I decided to really splurge and bought a package of 25 massages over the next 12 months.   The massages at Waterfalls provide me with some relief from the chronic pain and everyone is so personable, warm and friendly. I have tried some other places, but nothing comes close to Waterfalls Wellness Center.  Then last night, I had my first foot refloxology massage with Sarah. As she worked her magic, she explained to me that pressure points on my feet correspond to various places on my body, including, head, neck, shoulders, organs, etc. She could tell during the reflexology massage where there were "challenges" in my body and worked those points gently and patiently.   After the reflexology massage, she had Elissa and Mandy do some additional massage on my legs and arms. This was an amazing experience.   I can't recommend Waterfalls too much. Try me, these people are absolutely wonderful, caring and provide fabulous personal attention.   Whether you live in Virginia, DC or Maryland, Waterfalls is worth the trip. ”

" Best bikini wax I've gotten in six cities incl. Philly, NY, and Paris! I was able to book a same-day appointment. It was super-quick, the technician was professional but relaxed and conversational, did an excellent job, and left no residual product or irritation. It's been several days and I usually have issues with bumps and irritation but not this time.   The facility is kind of hidden away and it made me LOL that the name is so close to that of a medical marijuana dispensary in San Francisco; but it is a total find and will be my go-to place from now on."i>

"PHENOMENAL!!!  I bought a groupon for my mom and I - when we arrived we were greeted pleasantly, although they were a bit unorganized due to two of their therapists needing to take an emergency day off.   We went in for a 90 minutes session, but they felt so bad about not being as organized as usual, they offered us another massage!! ... my mom and I are the kind who LOVE massages, and we sat there and talked as long as they continued to masage. All in all, it was the BEST experience I've ever had - very talented therapists coupled with a great sense of business and customer service - I can't praise this place enough!  Planning on monthly visits :)"

I am somewhat of a "spa-person" and I can honestly say that this is the first time in all of my experiences that I paid for 90 minutes of service and I received: 90 minutes of service rather than 20 minutes of the therapist fiddling with oils, lotions, and whatnot and then 70 minutes of massage. I received a dry brush scrub, 30 minute massage, and 30 minute facial scrub all from Thomas and he was wonderful. He checked in a very non-intrusive few times to make sure that everything was to my liking and that the pressure was ok and was quite lovely to deal with. I will definitely be returning and will absolutely be asking for Thomas again."

"I promised to write this review ions ago but got busy etc. I have been only once but my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I felt a little protective when reading some of these negative reviews (although I understand everyone has the right to their own opinion). I am quite picky about my massages. I like deep tissue massage, and it's infuriating when I go to a masseuse and their version of a deep tissue is like a petting with a feather! Yuck! But my experience with Jesse worked out all of my back pains - doing way more than necessary to make me feel better. My only other massage this good was in Cambodia! That says a lot for this new business! They made us feel very comfortable, which can be dicey under the circumstances. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good massage and needs products! Also, I'd like to say, me and my friend were a little put off by the lay out (small and cramped) but quickly got over it when the services began! Thanks guys! Maia!"

"I highly recommend Elisa for sugaring. It was my first time trying it out but she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was quick too! Elisa was friendly and fun. What I really liked about the sugaring was that the results lasted longer than regular waxing. It is something new and different and i would recommend trying it out. "I was a little hesitant when walking up to this small, sort of out-dated building. I was pleasantly surprised and have to say this is definitely one of the best massages i've ever had. I had a 60 minute massage, and a 30 minute dry scrub. Sarah was amazing! She talked to me about skin care when I expressed concerns about my acne. She gave me a mini-facial which was relaxing and made my skin glow. After following Sarah's simple suggestions about skin care my skin has really cleared up. Sarah did not force any products on me and I really liked that. I definitely will be back!"

"I love this place! Everyone is knowledgeable and professional.
I've had excessively dry skin due to my diabetes and the meds I take. I have been using Waterfalls line of body butters for the past month and can't say enough wonderful things about this stuff! They use it for their massages and skin conditioning treatments, so make sure you ask for it when you're done. They will even give you a free sample to try if you aren't ready to buy it.
When I booked, I was told by the receptionist to just ask for the "best therapist available for my massage", I'm glad I did. Use that phrase and let who ever you talk to know what sort of massage you want, you'll be glad you did."

"Came here for a 60 min massage and 30 min facial and loved it! The masseuse smoothed out some knots in my shoulder (didn't even know about them!) and gave me tips on how to reduce them. She was considerate about the amount of pressure she applied on me. The facial was like a breakfast and fruit immersion on my face - mild coconut oatmeal cleanser; green tea and pomegranate toners; and some fruity mask. While the mask was setting, she gave me a nice foot massage. After everything, I ended up buying the oatmeal cleanser and pomegranate toners (at a buy 1 get one half off offer!). I also really liked how she didn't pressure me to buy any of these products.
Definitely see myself coming back! I generally don't get massages regularly, but they told me that they have regular monthly specials on their website, so why not?!"

"I had a 60 minute therapeutic massage, and it was a tremendous experience. I arrived 1/2 hour early for my 1 pm appointment, after I was helped to fill out the intake form (due to my disability, I don't write very well), I was ushered right in. Mandy was my therapist, and she is great! Mandy was sweet, conversational, and thorough. I live my life in a wheelchair, so the muscles in my back were tight, and needed attention. Thank you, Mandy! For anyone who has a disability, I'd recommend Waterfalls! They were great to me..."

"Sarah or William has greeted me. Everyone is so friendly, making you feel welcomed to be there. Sarah has such a bright, beautiful and sweet smile. Everything is clean and comfortable.
I've had massages by Peter and Jesse(mostly Jesse) and they are both fantastic. They are both kind, friendly and professional.They really know their craft. That's saying alot since my standards are high. Jesse's been spectacular at working my lower back issues. His massages are definitely deep ,sometimes having to breathe through it. Yet when he's done, I feel like a new woman. I am very grateful!
They always seem to run monthly specials, gotta love that, check the website. I snagged a Black Friday special ( Sarah worked me in, thanks!), a couple of December specials,and too many more to count. Remember to tip on full price, they work hard so show your therapist some love.

"I am hooked on this place. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, as I am so very picky when it comes to any type of practitioner. I need to feel safe, mentally comfortable, physically comfortable, appreciated as a customer, valued as a human being, and all the other good stuff that one might expect when going for bodywork.
Sarah is just precious. So caring and professional. She KNOWS what to do. I had a wee bit of work done by Elisa, and while they are different, Elisa was also impressive. I like the reflexology (and for those who don't know - reflexology is NOT a foot massage! So some clients may complain that they didn't enjoy it because they actually didn't realize that! Reflexology can leave you feeling quite yucky, which is normal.) Sarah is very nurturing. I've been in physical pain for almost three years, and she spends time working out the knots and explaining what she's doing. She's a gem. I'm taking advantage of their special and going weekly. It's the first time I've taken this level of care with my body. I feel quite blessed for having found Sarah at Waterfalls Wellness Center. And again, I'm very picky, AND premenopausal. :-)

"I loved it. I went there for a brazilian sugar waxing, which btw is not common around this area (moved from NYC and i have been going insane looking for a good sugar waxing spot). I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the not so glamorous appearance of the spa and the pricing (im used to nyc prices $30 for a brazilian wax). Its not your common set up, but dont let that phase you because the service they provide supercedes the "aesthetic look" of it. Not to mention they gave me a break on the original price and let me pay the "groupon" price $49. Elisa was the one who did the brazilian wax and I can not say enough great things about her. Very professional, great conversationalist makes you feel comfortable and she is very quick and painless. I honestly have to say this was one of the most painless experiences i have ever had and its due to her skillful ways. I am definetly coming back and am recommending her and Waterfalls Wellness Center to my all my friends. Wish it wasnt so pricey but not much I can do about that, besides that super happy with my experience. :)"

"II bought an online deal ($50 for 3 30 minute services) last week. I was very glad I did!
I called to book my session and the receptionist was very helpful. I hadn't had a massage before so she was very helpful in selecting 3 30 minute services that met what I wanted. Based on our discussion and her recommendations, I went with 2 30 minute Swedish massages (so basically a 60 minute massage) and a body scrub. Then, because I had a meeting pop up, I had to call back later in the week and change my appointment date/time. VERY easy to do.
For my actually session I had Mandy, and I would highly recommend her. Since it was my first session she explained to me what she'd be doing and asked if I had any areas she wanted me to focus on or any areas to avoid. She was extremely professional but also had a very friendly personality, so I felt extremely relaxed and at ease with her. The massage was great, and the body scrub/exfoliation was fantastic! I felt totally refreshed, awake, and yet very relaxed at the end of it all.
I will definitely go back, definitely ask for Mandy again, and definitely recommend this place to my friends!"

"I have know Sarah for years and followed her through several locations. I am very happy that she has opened her own Spa and have referred her to several of my friends and family members that are in the area. Plus she has the sweetest smile I have ever seen. Talk about feeling welcoming.
The business is focused on all natural and organic skin and body care as you can see on the website. The staff is very experienced, but work together to make sure that each client gets specific needs addressed.
Be sure to speak up if you need more pressure, less pressure, if the music is too loud, whatever. I guess I'm a bit picky about things, but they handled everything in stride doing everything possible to accommodate me. It almost made me feel guilty, how nice every one was.
I moved out of the area but visit regularly for family. I will be back! "

"I have been here twice and it was absolutely fabulous!! Sarah, Naida and Koko were all exceptional. You do not feel like you are on a 'conveyer' belt being rushed through your services. You feel like you are the only person there! I have add massages, scrubs and a mini facial and i run out of adjectives trying to describe these services. Be sure to read the Spa information before coming; if you are a very modest person and nudity makes you uncomfortable, knowing this in advance will ease your anxiety. I will be back in the next couple weeks!"

"I had a wonderful massage by Elisa last week with using Groupon offer. When I walked in, the relaxing aroma(lavender?) was around in the place and I already felt good to just come in. I wanted to relax, so picked Swedish massage, but there were different strength choices I could pick.
I had an air brush body scrub and 30mins. foot and 30 mins. body(originally, 60 mins. foot massage in the Groupon offer, but I could change to this combination).
It was so relaxing and I fell asleep right away. The massage pressure was just right for me and I didn't need to tell Elisa to press harder or lighter.
When the massage was over, I felt very different and refreshing from the time I walked in. My body got lighter and my feeling got more energetic. Even I could see the sun and sky became brighter when I walked out from the spa. I didn't plan to purchase their body care items, but did! I'm enjoying the body butter and the foot cream at home. They are really working well onto my winter dry skin.
It was a fantastic experience, so not only I have the left over Groupon deal, but I will go back there again often."

"Please note: the location is at 307 L I got very turned around when I first got there because the map for 307 has them listed as "theraputic massage" only.
I went yesterday and used my groupon for the 60min reflexology & 30min body scrub., it was great. I had Naida, she was very attentive and has amazingly strong hands hands. My back has been very tight for the last week and I worked miracles on it! Everyone I spoke to while there was very helpful. I had originally chosen the salt scrub and a blonde gentleman mentioned that if I was looking for maximum exfoliation I might want to try to dry brush instead. I did and it was great. Afterwards, a different gentleman helped me get signed up for Belly, their rewards program.
The location is laid out differently than most spas, but they make great use of the space and it is very cheerful. All in all, I cant waited to go back for a facial!"

"I booked a couples massage for me and my boyfriend and we had a wonderful experience. It was our first time there - and from the outside it does not look fancy, but it was very nice and clean inside. Everyone was extremely nice, offered us tea & water. We were in a private room, and had Peter and Koco for the massages. Peter was fantastic, always asking me if I was comfortable. I have a history of back problems, which I wrote about on their intake form, and I could tell that he actually read it and was very mindful a cautious during the massage. My boyfriend had Koco initially, but he was hoping for more of a deep tissue massage which she felt she could not provide him. Rather than continuing, she was extremely professional and asked one of her colleagues, who was better trained at deep tissue massage, to come in. Everyone was extremely professional and I would gladly go back again. I highly recommend this place for massage therapy-- just make sure you speak up about what you want because they are extremely accommodating and willing to make changes so that you are happy with the experience!"

"One word: amazing. I found this place via Google Offers, which had a promotional deal for a 1-hr massage, in July. I will definitely return and pay full price. Jesse was my masseuse and he was FABULOUS.
It's hidden in an office complex, and it's not super fancy in appearance, but don't be fooled. Much better massage than I have received at twice the price at salons and spas. Plus, they have a variety of promotions, like the "Belly" app, where you accrue points at each visit and can redeem them for savings, etc. I believe you get a discount if you refer a friend, as well."

"I admit I have become a regular customer at Waterfalls Wellness Center. The staff is very friend, Sarah, Elissa, Jesse, William and Peter. I had an hour long massage with Peter, who is Chinese last week. I have circulation issues in my lower legs, and Peter did a great job working both my lower legs and feet as well as my back. After an hour massage, I left floating out of Waterfalls Wellness Center. Not only are the massages fantastic, but the staff is super fantastic!!!!
